Balsamico Mustard 
The Balsamico-mustard, a stranger: the typical Balsamic aroma, spicy but certainly not extremely sweet!
While the other Tierenteyn mustards are made with regular vinegar, the Balsamico mustard is made with a balsamic-vinegar from Modena. During production a little sugar is added. But don’t go wrong: this is not at all a sweet mustard, the balsamico-aroma is very pronounced with a light sweet background-taste. The mustard is made of brown mustard seeds, and is very aromatic and delicious. Extremely appreciated for making meat-sauces and vinaigrettes.

Optimal storage at 2-18°C, keep refrigerated after opening. Protect against sun, light and frost. Some oil on top of the mustard? No problem: stir up and ready for use!
